Minutes

The meeting was called to order at 1:02 by President Kay Nichols with quorum present.

There was no guest speaker for November's meeting.

President Kay Nichols read thank you card from Jessica Cosden, thanking the club for its help with her election.

Motion to accept the minutes as circulated by Tim Hawes, seconded by Michelle Guerin.

Motion to accept the treasurer's report as circulated by Michelle Guerin, seconded by Tim Hawes.

Closing balance of $1066.70 as of November 20th 2015.

Reading and voting of the By-laws, all changes passed by majority vote. New copies of By-laws to be distributed soon.

Motion made to change the clubs annual dues to $20.00 per person, $30.00 per household-for a family up to four. Change would take effect January 1st, 2016. Made by Michelle Guerin, seconded by Steve

Arianco. Motion passed by majority vote.

President Kay Nichols named Tim Hawes the Chairman of the nominating committee. Nominations will be taken for the Presidents position.

President Kay Nichols reminded members that there will not be a meeting in December.

Michelle Guerin talked about growing the club, having fundraisers and bringing in new members.
